We are working with developers Far East Consortium (FEC) and MAKE Architects on the restoration and operation of the beautiful, grade-II* listed Hornsey Town Hall in Crouch End, Haringey. The project has seen a £36m investment to meticulously restore the Town Hall and transform it into a new arts centre and hotel together with newly built apartments.


TIME+SPACE are the operator of the Town Hall, creating a modern day, mixed-use arts centre with performance and event spaces, workspace, retail and hospitality offerings. A true creative hub that promotes creative enterprise and re-engages the community with the historic building.
