Who We Are

TIME + SPACE was founded by Piers Read in 2016. We create extraordinary places for people to work, live and play by connecting people and products to provide truly world-class facilities with lifestyle amenities at brand new creative campuses.

What We Do

TIME + SPACE is an owner managed platform bringing a wealth of industry leading expertise covering Film + TV Studios including Post-Production facilities and Multi-use Venues combined with Flexible Workspace, Theatres, Immersive Cinemas and other key social amenities.

Ethos

By building on the past and an understanding of the importance of retaining heritage assets, we see a future full of possibilities by focusing on creative entrepreneurships and using the latest emerging technologies, workflows and world-class innovations to revitalise urban neighbourhoods, to deliver measurable social and economic benefits into local communities on an industrial scale.
