Who We Are

TIME + SPACE partners with leading real estate developers and we are at the forefront of several high-profile and innovative mixed-use developments, including Digbeth Loc. Studios in Birmingham and Hornsey Town Hall in London, as well as other significant landmark schemes in the UK.

What We Do

Founded in 2016 under the leadership of CEO Piers Read, TIME + SPACE is a vibrant, owner-driven platform, integrating innovation, with property to develop community. We work in partnership with both the private and public sector to deliver investment for the long term, navigate complex projects and maximise underperforming assets to create sustainable ventures. This creates significant and measurable social and economic benefits to local people.

Track Record

TIME + SPACE has a track record of meticulously restoring sensitive heritage sites and buildings, which we are passionate about. Our skill set is rare, we revitalise distressed assets and underutilised spaces, breathing new life into them. By strategically repurposing these spaces, we not only generate revenue streams, but also significantly increase the underlying value of the assets.

Leveraging our expertise, we develop comprehensive strategies tailored to both the unique characteristics of the place that respond to the demands of the market. From inception to fruition, we manage and execute these strategies to foster long-term success with the emphasis on sustainability, community and quality.
